The New Year is nearly upon us and what an exciting year is ahead. Bradford City of Culture 2025.

So it’s time to get creative…

The Burnt Bear are delighted to reveal that local artist Jo Scott will be hosting 4 portrait classes at The Burnt Bear on Monday evenings 7-9 pm.

Jo has been a professional portrait artist for the last 12 years, this follows a 10 year successful career working as a fashion designer creating the merchandise range for the F1 racing Team McLaren.

Jo will be guiding you with her knowledge and skills, giving you tips to produce portraits you will be proud of.
The sessions are for any ability and will take place in our warm and cosy surroundings at The Burnt Bear.

Art materials will be provided, or for already budding artists feel free to bring your own. There will be a model sitting at each session and drinks will be available to purchase throughout.

We have limited spaces, so it’s time to grab your pencils and make sure not to miss out on this new creative experience.
